The PIL in the nature of grievance made by the petitioner cannot be entertained. This is more so since a co-accused laid a challenge to the order of transfer. That challenge has been repelled by a learned single Judge of this Court on 18.12.2013 in Crl. Misc. No.M-43293 of 2013 (Annexure P-5).
It is, however, a matter of concern to us as to why the learned Judge insisted on the transfer after the first request was declined. It is our view that the matter needs to be only considered on the administrative side.
Petition stands disposed of.
