Learned counsel for the petitioners fairly states that the matter is covered against the petitioners in view of the judgm ent of the Division Bench of this Court in CW P No.2777 of 1996 titled : Anand I nternational, etc. vs. State of Haryana, etc ., decided on 24.10.1997 and, thus, the present petition has to be dismissed and is, accordingly, dismissed.
Learned counsel for the petitioners, however, states that the petitioners would approach the State Governm ent for relaxation on constructed areas as there are some directions in some other matter based on some policy of the State Government. If that be so, it is open for the petitioners to do so in accordance with law.
