in this case:-
“Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for more time to comply with order dated 04.07.2014. On his request, adjourned to 10.11.2014.”
Mr. Saini submits that he has not been able to get any instructions from the petitioner.
In view of above, this petition is dismissed for nonprosecution.
Petitioner shall, however, be at liberty to seek revival of the petition if there is any change of circumstances.
