Learned State counsel submits that present petition may have been rendered infructuous due to lapse of time. Petitioner had inter alia sought a direction to hold election to the Board of Directors of respondent-Bank. According to him, term may have expired by now.
There is substance in the plea of State counsel. Petition is, thus, dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
Petitioner(s) shall, however, be at liberty to seek revival
of the petition in case any cause of action survives.
