The present petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the letter of intent dated 03.10.2001 (P-12) issued by respondent No. 2 for allotment of retail outlet dealership to respondent No. 4
Learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 has informed the Court that the Board has been dissolved and now is not in existence and thus, no direction can be issued to respondent No. 3 and respondent No. 4 was holding this dealership, which has been commissioned on 30.11.2001 since the time it had made selection.
In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as having
been rendered infructuous.
