Learned counsel for U.T. Administration states that
in compliance to the orders passed by this Court, the authorities have re-verified and it has been informed that the castes 'Khati' or 'Jangid' are one and the same thing. He has also placed on record written instructions received by him alongwith a photocopy of the letter dated 17.10.2014 of the Tehsildar Pushkar, District Ajmer (Rajasthan).
In this view of the matter, no case to interfere with the order passed by the Tribunal is made out. Since first respondent has already been given appointment, he shall be
