Challenge in the present writ petition is to the Award dated 27.09.1993 (Annexure P-1) whereby, the respondent-workman was held entitled to reinstatement with continuity of service but without back wages.
The said case was admitted to be heard with CWP No. 16971 of 1994. Office has put up the decision in the said case, which goes on to show that the dispute in the said case was pertaining to pay scales and is not connected in any manner with the dispute which is there in the present case. It is further pertinent to mention that process fee has not been filed. No interim directions were granted to the petitioner-university. The employee would have continued in service for the period of last two decades.
In such circumstances, no case is made out for interference under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India and the present case is dismissed.
