Challenge in this petition is to order dated 03.05.2002 whereby the application for the petitioner for grant of no objection for getting electrical connection at his house, was dismissed on the ground that on inspection, it was found that he had constructed cantilevers at first floor and second floor level hanging in the public street, which amounts to encroachment on public land.
No one has put in appearance on behalf of the petition.
In view of the above position, the petition is dismissed.
However, a liberty is granted to the petitioner to get the order revived, within 03 months, if so advised.
