Petitioner has filed this petition seeking directions to respondent No. 1 to issue appointment letter to the petitioner on compassionate grounds.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner was liable to be appointed on compassionate grounds as his father had died while he was in service. In this regard, petitioner had moved the representation (Annexure P-6) but no action has been taken on the same, so far.
Accordingly, without adverting to the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 3 to dispose of the representation (Annexure P-6), moved by the petitioner, expeditiously, in accordance with law, preferably within three months from the receipt of the certified copy of this order.
