Challenge in this petition is for restraining respondent No. 1 from disbanning the present elected managing committee of A.S. High School Trust and Management Society Khanna
Vide order dated 24.07.2013 (P-4), a complaint was made to respondent No. 1 and both the parties were called in his office. After hearing both the parties, it was agreed by both the groups that they have no objection if the item regarding denial of right to vote to all those members who were beneficiaries from A.S. High School Khanna Trust and Management Society in any form is removed from the proceedings dated 21.07.2013 and both the parties have agreed for fresh election of the Society as per provisions of the Constitution. As an interim measure, the committee was disbanded. The President and the General Secy were to officiate the elections.
Learned counsel for respondent No. 1 has informed the Court that on 02.02.2014, the elections have been conducted and on 28.02.2014,

the office bearers have also joined.
Since order dated 24.07.2013 (P-4) was passed with the consent of both the parties and further the elections have been conducted on 02.02.2014, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.
The petition is dismissed as having become rendered
infructuous.
