This petition under Section 226/227 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing respondent No.1 to hand over the investigation of case FIR No. 284 dated 30.6.2012 under Section 436 IPC registered at Police Station, City Bahadurgarh, Distt. Jhajjar to an independent agency.

Superintendent of Police, Jhajjar. In paragraph 3 of this report it is stated that the investigation has been conducted and it could not be ascertained as to how the shop caught fire. Various tests were conducted by the Senior Scientific Sources. An untraced report has been prepared and placed before the Illaqa Magistrate on 15.3.2014. The complainant Parveen has made a statement that he is not satisfied and wants to file a Protest petition. The matter is now pending for 24.5.2014 for filing of Protest petition.
No further orders at this stage are required to be
passed.
The petition is disposed of.
