This is a petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking anticipatory bail in a case registered against the petitioner, vide F.I.R No. 136 dated 27.10.2012 under Sections 15/25/61/85 of NDPS Act, at police station Kartarpur, Distt. Jalandhar.
Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Bakhshi Singh has informed the Court that in compliance of order dated 11.02.2014, the petitioner had joined the investigation. At this stage, custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
In view of the above, order dated 11.02.2014 is hereby made absolute
till presentation of the challan, subject to the conditions as envisaged under Section
