(1) The first petitioner has been allotted Industrial Plot No.1369, Sector 38, Phase-1, 1E at Rai, Sonepat by the Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd. (HSIIDC). The petitioners’ grievance is against the enhanced price of Rs. 961.66 per sq.mtr which the petitioner has been asked to deposit.

(2) We find from the record that the petitioners have filed their objection against the demand notice on 07.08.2013 and 28.04.2014 (Annexures P7 & P6, respectively).

(3) We thus dispose of this writ petition without expressing any views on merit with a direction to the competent authority of the respondent-Corporation to consider the petitioners’ objections against the impugned demand notice and decide the same by passing

a reasoned order within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.

(4) While deciding the petitioners’ objections, the competent authority would keep in view the decision of this Court dated 20.01.2000 passed in Smt. Nisha vs. State of Punjab, 2001(4) RCR (Civil) 40 .
