Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, namely, Charanjit Singh and Paramjit Singh, who have been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 380, 420, 448 and 506, IPC, in a case arising out of FIR No.122, dated 02.09.2014, registered at Police Station, Bhogpur, Jalandhar.

Learned counsel contends that a dispute of civil nature has been given colour of a criminal case on account of family feud. He further contends that in compliance of the order dated 17.10.2014 and thereafter, the subsequent orders passed by this Court, the petitioners have joined the investigation.

Manjit Singh, Anti Fraud Station, Jalandhar, submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation and no more required for custodial interrogation in the present case.

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed and the interim directions issued by this Court vide order dated 17.10.2014 and the subsequent orders are made absolute.

The petitioners shall continue to join the investigation

as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2), Cr.P.C.
