Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail

to the petitioners, Kamla and Sunita, who were summoned in a complaint to face trial for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 218, 219, 307, 323, 325, 452 and 506 read with Section 149, IPC.

order dated 01.10.2014 passed by this Court, the petitioners have put in appearance before the court below and admitted to ad-interim bail.

In spite of service, no one has appeared on behalf of respondent No.2/complainant.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Dasrath, Police Station, Sadar, Bhiwani, submits that the petitioners did appear before the court below and admitted to ad-interim bail.

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed and the interim directions issued by this Court vide order dated 01.10.2014 are made absolute.

The petitioners shall continue to appear before the court below and comply with the conditions as laid down in their bail bonds furnished before the court below.
