Petitioners are involved in approximately 9 criminal cases. They have been arrested in the present case on the allegations that they were making preparation for committing dacoity at petrol pumps, liquor vends and passer-by, as per the scheme framed. The petitioners have been in custody w.e.f. September 10, 2013.
In view of the above, petition is allowed. Petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds/ surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
