The present petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.30 dated 1.4.2012 under Section 15 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 registered at Police Station Makhu, District Ferozepur.
It has been stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that she be permitted to withdraw the present petition as the same has become infructuous as the main case has since been decided by the trial Court.
Dismissed as withdrawn as rendered infructuous.
