card in the connivance of government employes and got allotted land measuring 31 Kanals 17 Marlas in Village Thurlapur, Tehsil Nakodar, District Jalandhar in the year 1982 and 2009, whereas he is permanent resident of Village Jabbowal, Tehsil Sultanpur Lodhi, District Kapurthala. He is neither resident of Village Thurlapur nor he is having possession of entire land measuring 31 Kanals 17 Marlas. The complainant has given application to the Commissioner, Jalandhar Division, Jalandhar regarding the above said land for inquiry, which is pending. The petitioner wanted to get his less land measuring 10 Kanals 3 Marlas from the land of the complainant forcibly. He is time and again extending threat to withdraw the application given for inquiry and out of his land, land meausring 10 Kanals 3 Marlas be given to him. Now with the intervention of the respectable persons of the area, good friends and relatives of both the parties, a compromise has been effected between the parties. In view of the compromise, respondent No.2 has no objection in case the FIR and further proceedings arising therefrom are quashed.
