Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Hardeep Singh of Police Station, Sadar Banga, District Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar, submits that all the prosecution witnesses have already been examined and the case before the learned trial Court is fixed for leading defence evidence and, as such, the trial would conclude in near future.
In view of the statement suffered by the learned counsel for the State, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition, at this stage. Dismissed as withdrawn.
