It is a burnt case. Mr.Anil Malik, Advocate, for the appellant undertook to supply the photostat copy of the paper book within a week from 14.03.2014 when the case was taken up and it was adjourned to 25.08.2014. On the adjourned date, Mr.Suresh Ahlawat, Advocate, appeared for Mr.Jitender Nara, Advocate, who undertook to supply the photostat copy of the paper book within a week to the learned counsel for the Insurance Company.
As per office report, copy of the paper book has not been supplied. Sh.Gopal Mittal, Advocate, for the respondentInsurance Company also submits that the copy has not been supplied to him.
Today no one has appeared for the appellant. It appears that neither the appellants nor their counsel are interested in perusing the present case.
Dismissed for want of prosecution.
