Affidavits of both the petitioners are already on record.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has limited his prayer for taking appropriate action in accordance with law on the representation dated 17.04.2014 (Annexure P-7) made by the petitioners. It has been stated that date of birth of petitioner No.1-Dilpreet Kaur is 9.2.1996 as per her affidavit Annexure P-1 and date of birth of petitioner No.2-Ajay Kumar is 28.09.1993 as per Matriculation Certificate Annexure P-2. They got married on 15.04.2014. Photographs of marriage are Annexure P-6.
In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and without going into the merits of the claim raised, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala to look into the representation dated 17.04.2014 (Annexure P-7) and take appropriate action in accordance with law on receipt of certified copy of this order.
