As per office report, notice issued to the accused has not been received back served or otherwise.
A reference has been made by the Presiding Officer, Juvenile Justice Board, Pathankot that he has appeared as prosecution witness in this case, as such the case be transferred from his court.
To avoid any hardship to the accused for coming to Chandigarh, making submissions and bearing unnecessary expenses of engaging counsel, the case titled as State vs. Sanam Mahajan, bearing FIR No.87 dated 22.8.2012, Police Station Division No.2, Pathankot is transferred from the Court of Juvenile Justice Board, Pathankot to the Juvenile Justice Board, Gurdaspur.
The reference stands disposed of accordingly.
Copy of this order be conveyed to the trial court.
However, in case the accused has any grievance against this order, he
may approach this court for hearing on merits.
