Learned counsel for the petitioners has limited his prayer for taking appropriate action in accordance with law on the representation dated 16.04.2014 (Annexure P-4) made by the petitioner No.1. It has been stated that date of birth of petitioner No.1-Neha Vij is 15.11.1985 and date of birth of petitioner No.2-Ashutosh Sharma is 19.06.1984. They got married on 15.04.2014. Photographs of marriage are Annexure P-3.

In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and without going into the merits of the claim raised, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, U.T. Chandigarh to look into the representation dated 16.04.2014 (Annexure P-4) and take appropriate action in accordance with law, on receipt of certified copy of this order.
