Petitioner-wife is seeking the transfer of divorce petition filed by the husband under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 titled Ranjit Singh Vs. Jasjit Kaur from the court of learned District Judge, Ludhiana to a court of competent jurisdiction at Mohali.
Parties were referred for mediation and as per the report dated 29.8.2013 of the Mediator, the parties have arrived at a comprehensive settlement dated 29.8.2013, which is appended with the report.
In view of the aforesaid settlement deed dated 29.8.2013, present petition is disposed of as infructuous.
