Simranpreet Singh Gill, respondent no.5 is in revision aggrieved against the order dated 11.9.2013 (P9) passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Mohali whereby his application under Section 10 CPC for staying the proceedings on the ground that the title suit between the parties is pending and therefore, the apportionment proceedings be stayed, has been dismissed.
After arguing for sometime, learned Senior Counsel on instructions from his client, who is present in Court, prays for permission to withdraw the present revision petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
