By way of present petition under Section 24 CPC, the petitioners were seeking transfer of a suit filed by the husband restraining the family members of the wife from performing her second marriage, from Amritsar to a Court of competent jurisdiction at Jalandhar.
At the time of hearing today, learned counsel states that the present petition has become infructuous as the matter has been amicably settled between the parties.
