By way of present petition under Section 24 CPC, the petitioner wife was seeking transfer of a petition under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act,1955 filed by the respondent husband from the Court of learned Additional District Judge, Amritsar to a Court of competent jurisdiction at Jalandhar.
At the time of hearing today, learned counsel states that the present petition has become infructuous as the matter has been amicably settled between the parties.
Dismissed as infructuous.
