In this application, it has been stated that the dispute between the parties have been compromised and now the appellants want to withdraw the appeal. The application is supported by an affidavit of the appellant-Baldev Singh son of Sh. Bachan Singh.
Thus, keeping in view the submissions made in the application, which is supported by an affidavit of appellant-Baldev Singh, the appellants are allowed to withdraw the appeal.

On the oral request of the learned counsel for the appellants, the date of hearing in the appeal is preponed from 30th August, 2013 to today.
