Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in spite of sincere efforts having been made to get in touch with the petitioner, he has not been able to contact him. In such circumstances, learned counsel states that the present petition may be dismissed for want of prosecution, however, liberty may be granted to the petitioner to move an application for revival of the writ petition in case something survives therein.
