Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner having argued the matter at some length prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to impugn the order dated 21.03.2013 (Annexure P-12) passed by the State Information Commission, Punjab at the hands of the aggrieved party i.e. Improvement Trust, Jalandhar itself.
Prayer is allowed. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as
prayed for.
