This revision petition has been directed against the order dated 9.5.2012, whereby the application under Order 9 Rule 13 CPC moved by the respondent-wife was accepted and the ex parte decree was set aside. It is informed that the Family Court, Gurgaon has thereafter decided the main case on merits vide order dated 18.9.2012, rendering this revision petition as infructuous. Ordered accordingly.
