Mr. Khunger submits that this matter is covered by a decision of this Court rendered in C.W.P. No.18154 of 2007 and connected cases decided on 26.05.2010 in ' Baljit Singh Vs. The Presiding Officer, Central Government Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Ext. Press Building, 2nd Floor, Sector-18, Chandigarh and others '. In those cases Mr. I.P.Singh, Advocate, was counsel for the Bank. In this case, he is represented by Mr. G.S.Sidhu, Advocate, on behalf of respondent Nos.2 and 3. It cannot be disputed that the present case is eminently covered by the decision rendered in Baljit Singh's case (supra), therefore, this writ petition is allowed, in terms of the order passed in Baljit Singh's case (supra). Accordingly, the petitioner would be reinstated in service with continuity of service but without back wages. Petition is partly allowed in the above terms.
