The petitioner by way of present petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India has impugned the actions of the respondents dated 17th January, 2013 (Annexure P-7) cancelling the work allotted to the petitioner and dated 15.4.2013 (Annexure P-9) vide which the claim of the petitioner in terms of Clause 19 of the Conditions of contract has been rejected.
