The petitioner claims himself to be a member of Golden Tone Co-operative House Building Society Limited, SAS Nagar Mohali. His grievance is against the list of members/allotment list dated 14.3.2013 (Annexure P-17) as according to him the original members of the Society have been fraudulently ousted from the list of allottees. It is alleged that the membership of the Society can be changed within the families of the original members. Reliance is placed on a decision of this Court dated 8.3.2011 passed in CWP No.23242 of 2010 (Punjab State High Court Lawyers Cooperative House Building Society Limited versus Greater Mohali Area Development Authority and others) (Annexure P-14).

We find from the record that the above-stated grievance has not been raised by the petitioner before the Statutory Authority like the Greater Mohali Area Development

Authority or the Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Punjab. We, therefore, dispose of this writ petition with a direction to (i) The Chief Administrator, Greater Mohali Area Development Authority, SAS Nagar Mohali and (ii) the Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Punjab, to treat this writ petition as a representation on behalf of the petitioner and look into the matter in the light of the observations made by this Court in Punjab State High Court Lawyers Cooperative House Building Society's case (supra). The appropriate orders shall be passed after observing the principles of natural justice, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order. The action, if any taken meanwhile, shall be subject to final outcome of the aforementioned representation.

Ordered accordingly.
