Chandigarh Administration and its Officers are aggrieved by two interlocutory orders dated 18.4.2013 and 7.5.2013 (Annexures P-1 & P-2, respectively) passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Chandigarh Bench, Chandigarh, whereby certain information which has a direct bearing on the merits of the pending case, has been sought but the petitioners expressed their inability to furnish the information within a time frame fixed by the Tribunal.
We have heard learned counsel for the petitioners at some length and gone through the record.
There can indeed be no doubt that the information sought by the Tribunal is very much relevant for proper and just adjudication of the pending case. Ordinarily, we would not have granted more than two weeks time to the petitioners to produce the required information, however, keeping in view

the ensuing summer vacations of the Tribunal, we direct the petitioners to furnish complete information to the satisfaction of the learned Tribunal by 2.7.2013.
The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
