The petitioner is seeking his temporary release on parole for a
period of 6 weeks, for agriculture purpose.
Reply filed in Court, is taken on record. In the reply, it is stated that father of the petitioner is available to cultivate the land.
We have seen land holding of the petitioner as is depicted in Annexure P-1. In the document, it is shown that Ramandeep was minor and his land was being cultivated through his father. Quantum of land is very less.
No case is made out to release the petitioner on parole. The criminal writ petition is dismissed.
