The present petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. read with Section 37 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short the `Act'), is for grant of bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.62, dated 31.7.2012, under Section 22 of the Act, registered at Police Station Sadar Sunam, District Sangrur.
Learned counsel for the petitioner requests for withdrawal of this petition, at this stage.
