The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of FIR No.126 dated 19.10.2011 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 420, 406 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station C-Division, District Amritsar City.
It has been stated by learned counsel for the respondent-State as well as learned counsel for the complainant-respondent No.2 that charge in this case has already been framed on 4.6.2013, copy of which is

Annexure P-12 and petitioners have already filed revision petition before the Court of Sessions against the said order, which is still pending.
Hence, in view of this subsequent development, it has been stated by learned counsel for the petitioners that he be permitted to withdraw this petition as he would take all these pleas before the revisional Court.
Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
