The present petition has been filed for regular bail under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure in FIR no.109 dated 10.05.2013, under Sections 376/511/451/506 IPC, registered at police station Sector Sadar, Dabwali.
It has been stated by learned counsel for respondent-State, on instruction from HC Balbir Singh, that the present petition has become infructuous as main case has since been decided and petitioner acquitted.
Disposed of as rendered infructuous.
