This petition is for quashing of order dated 10.05.2013 passed by SDJM,
Phillaru, whereby the petitioner has been declared Proclaimed Offender in F.I.R No. 28 dated 23.02.2011 u/ss 326/324/452/323/427/34 IPC.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has informed the Court that in compliance of order dated 08.07.2013, the petitioner has appeared before the trial Court and submitted his bail bonds, vide order dated 12.07.2013. Certified copy of order dated 12.07.2013 is taken on record as A-1.
Learned State counsel has not disputed this fact.
In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the
present petition.
Disposed of.
