The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of order dated 05.06.2010 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhiwani as well as order 14.11.2007 passed by learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Charkhi Dadri, vide which petitioners have been summoned to face trial for offences under Sections 420/427/448/467/468/471/120B IPC read with Section 34 IPC.
It has been stated by learned counsel for petitioners that he be permitted to withdraw the present petition as the same has become infructuous as subsequent of the passing of impugned order, charge has been framed and petitioners have filed another petition challenging the order framing charge.
Dismissed as withdrawn as rendered infructuous.
