The present petition has been filed for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure in FIR no.20, dated 15.03.2013, under Sections 323/498A/506 IPC, registered at police station Sector 19, Panchkula.
At the time of issuing notice of motion, it was stated on behalf of petitioner that he was ready to rehabilitate the complainant in the matrimonial home and on oral request of learned counsel for the petitioner, complainant was impleaded as respondent no.2 and petitioner was also

directed to bring `20,000/- for being paid to her as her expenses for attending this Court. She has come present. However, petitioner has not come present for making efforts for reconciliation. Rather, it has been stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that she be permitted to withdraw the present petition.
Dismissed as withdrawn.
Interim order dated 11.04.2013 is vacated.
