The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of FIR no.343 dated 04.07.2012, under Sections 420/467/468/471 IPC, registered at police station Nuh, District Mewat.
This is second application for quashing filed by the petitioneraccused. His first application i.e. Criminal Misc. No.M-22174 of 2012 was got dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 26.07.2012 on the plea that petitioner would take/urge all the points contained in it at the appropriate stage of the trial before the trial court. He filed another petition i.e. Criminal Misc. No.M-13281 of 2013 for quashing of order declaring him proclaimed

offender, which was dismissed on merit and petitioner was directed to surrender before Investigating Officer in compliance of order dated 18.09.2012 passed by this Court vide which his anticipatory bail application was dismissed. However, instead of complying with the said order of this Court, he has filed the present petition for quashing of FIR.
After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner
requests for withdrawal of this petition.
Dismissed as withdrawn.
