The present petition filed under Section 439(2) Cr.P.C. read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for cancellation of bail granted to respondents by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Rewari, vide its order dated 12.2.2013 in complaint case No.14 RT of 2009 titled Rai Bahadur Makhan Lal Dharamshala Trust and others v. Ajay Goel and others, under Sections 120-B, 420, 463, 464, 467, 468 and 471 IPC.
I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the whole record carefully, including the impugned order passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Rewari, vide which respondents no.1 and 2 have been granted bail.
Briefly stated, respondents no.1 and 2 are accused in the aforementioned complaint filed by the petitioner-complainant. They surrendered before the trial Court and were released on regular bail. They are facing trial. There is nothing on the record that they misused the concession of bail.

Hence,in view of these facts, no case for cancellation of bail already granted to respondents no.1 and 2 by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Rewari, is made out.
