The present petition has been filed for regular bail under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure in FIR no.107 dated 13.05.2010, under Section 304B/302/498A IPC, registered at police station City Kotkapura, District Faridkot.
It has been stated by learned counsel for respondent-State that evidence of prosecution has already been concluded and that even arguments have been heard.
In view of the same, it has been stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that he does not want to proceed further with this petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
