The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 439(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to respondents No.2 to 5 in complaint No.73/11 filed before Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Karnal on 27.09.2011 and respondents No.2 to 5 summoned under Sections 363, 366, 506 and 452 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code.
It has been stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that he be permitted to withdraw the present petition as the same has become infructuous as the main case has since been decided by the trial Court.
Dismissed as withdrawn as rendered infructuous.
