This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for directing respondents No. 1 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners from respondents No. 4 to 9.
Counsel for the State has informed the Court that the statement of petitioner No.2-Komal has been recorded on 23.9.2013 to the effect that since the past one month petitioner No.1-Anil Kumar has not been residing with her and his whereabouts are not known to her.
In view of the above, no further orders are
required to be passed.
The petition is disposed of.
