This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. Seeking direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to protect the lives and liberty of the petitioners, endangered at the hands of respondents No.4 to 6.
Upon notice, short reply by way of affidavit of Sh. Navjot Singh, PPS, DSP (City), Gurdaspur on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3 has been filed. On 22.08.2013, statement of Lakhwinder Kaur wife of Ravinder Pal Singh was recorded which is annexed as Annexure R-1 to the effect that she had solemnized the marriage with Ravinder Pal Singh son of Makhan Singh r/o Preet Avenue Nabipur on 6.5.2013 with her own Will. They are living peacefully as husband and wife and have no danger from their parental family. As per copy of Matriculation Certificate, Anneuxre R-2, date of birth of Lakhwinder Kaur is 03.05.1990 which shows that she is major.
In view of the above, no further order is required to be passed
in the present petition.
