This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for entrustment of the investigation of FIR No. 95 dated 10.2.2010 under Sections 498A, 406 IPC registered at Police Station City Sirsa to some independent agency.
On notice, reply dated 22.9.2013 has been filed by
the Assistant Superintendent of Police, Sirsa, on behalf of respondent No.1 stating that after registration of the aforesaid FIR an inquiry was conducted by Inspector Maha Kaur RupinderSingh, SHO, Police Station, Sirsa, and during the course of 2013.09.26 10:38 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
Crl. Misc. No. M-12821 of 2013 (O&M) [ 2 ] investigation the allegations of demand of dowry, harassment and misappropriation of dowry articles by the accused persons were found to be false. It also came to light during investigation that actually necessary papers of the complainant to go to Paris could not be prepared, therefore, she filed the complaint. A cancellation report (Annexure R-1) is prepared and has been forwarded to the Superintendent of Police, Sirsa, for necessary action.
After going through the reply, no further orders are required to be passed.
The petition is disposed of.
