The computer report indicates that petitioner is a chronic litigant having already filed 58 petitions before this Court. The provisions of Section 482 Cr.P.C., are meant to prevent abuse of process of any court and otherwise to secure ends of justice. It is apparent from the petition that the petitioner is a Journalist. The petition appears to be a mode to achieve political mileage. Even otherwise, no one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner as such, no costs are imposed and the petition is dismissed for nonprosecution.
